（ 3 ）投标人应当提供在开标日前 3 个月内由其开户银行开具的银行资信证明的复印件。

（ 4 ）投标人须根据自身情况，按照下列要求提供相应证明材料：

A. 针对境内投标人：

至投标截止时间，投标人若被人民法院列为失信被执行人，其投标将被否决（提供 “信用中国”（ ）查询截图）。

B. 针对境外投标人：

如投标人是中华人民共和国境外投标人，则须承诺近三年内没有不良业绩记录或严重质量问题。

（ 5 ）本项目不接受代理商。

（ 6 ）本项目不接受联合体投标。

Now all bidding conditions for the project are ready, and the international competitive bidding for the Construction Project of Development System of International Advanced Civil Aircraft Airborne System begins thereupon.

2. Project profile and bidding scope

3. Qualification requirements for the bidder

(1) Domestic bidders must be independent legal persons registered in side the territory of the People's Republic of China with legal business qualifications while overseas bidders must be enterprises with legal business qualifications;

(2) From January 1, 2019 to now (subject to the signing time of the contract), the bidder shall have one service that are relevant to the aerospace product development and delivery process, examples can include procedures, improvements, analysis, training;

(3) The bidder shall provide a photocopy of credit certificate issued by its deposit bank within 3 months prior to the bid opening date.

(4) The bidder shall, according to his own circumstances, provide the corresponding supporting materials in accordance with the following requirements:

A. For a bidder from inside the PRC customs territory:

Before the deadline for submission of bids, if a bidder is listed as dishonest executor by the people’s court(s), its bid shall be rejected (provide "Credit China" query screenshot) .

B. For a bidder from outside the PRC customs territory:

If the bidder comes from outside the PRC customs territory, it must promise that it has no bad performance record or serious quality problem in recent three years.

(5) The project shall reject the bids from agents.

(6) Joint venture bid is not accepted for the Project .

4. Acquisition of bidding document
