(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定;

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求: 根据《政府采购促进中小企业发展办法》等规定,本项目专门面向中小企业采购。中小企业应当按照规定提供《中小企业声明函》。

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: According to the Measures for Government Procurement to Promote the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and other relevant regulations, this procurement project is exclusively reserved for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
