Brief Specification Description: This project is located within the town area of Heqing Town, Pudong New Area, Shanghai (including Yuefeng Village, Youyi Village, Chunlei Village, Qianshao Village, Daxing Village, Qingsan Village, Qingsi Village, Xiangdong Village, Chaoyang Village, Qinfen Village, etc.). The main content involves the upgrading and renovation of public facilities, residential buildings, landscape quality improvement, leisure parks, pergolas, bridges, and other related facilities.

合同履约期限: 自合同签订之日起45天内完成全部建筑的检测任务并出具最终书面检测报告。

The Contract Period: Complete the inspection task for all buildings and issue the final written inspection report within 45 days from the date of signing the contract.

二、申请人的资格要求

2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers

(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定;

(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求: (1)落实预留份额措施,提高中小企业在政府采购中的份额,扶持中小企业政策:本项目是专门面向中小企业采购,评审时小微企业均不执行价格折扣优惠。(2)扶持残疾人福利性单位,并将其视同小微型企业;

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement measures to reserve a certain share, increase the proportion of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically targeted at procurement for small and medium-sized enterprises. During the evaluation process, small and micro enterprises will not be eligible for price discounts. (2) Support welfare units for the disabled and treat them as small and micro enterprises;

3)须系我国境内依法设立的法人或非法人组织(本项目不接受分公司以自己名义参加采购活动);
4)具备上海市房屋质量检测资质和测绘资质乙级及以上证书;
5)本次采购不接受联合体响应,不允许合同转让与分包。
