Dear Sir,
To ensure adequate manpower support for our project’s daily management and operational needs, we intend to recruit qualified local personnel through labour dispatch. Kindly provide your quotation according to the following requirements.

1. Scope of Work: Labour Dispatch

2. Work Location:

Project Camp and Construction Site, Tema Community 3, Ghana.

3	Cleaner	2	Responsible for daily cleaning of public areas, garbage disposal, sanitation of shared facilities, replenishing supplies.	Healthy; 20–55; no misconduct record; basic cleaning skills; responsible and reliable.
4	Camp Security	3	Control access, check visitors, maintain order, patrol regularly, report hazards, assist temporary security tasks.	Healthy; 20–55; no criminal record; risk‑awareness; disciplined; good communication; confidential.
5	Administrative Assistant	1	Handle daily admin tasks, liaison with authorities, assist in visa/residence procedures, communication with local staff, simple translation.	Healthy; 20–40; good behaviour; communication skills; high‑school or above; adaptable.
6	HSE Officer	1	Develop and supervise HSE policies; inspections; compliance; incident investigation; safety training; maintain records; risk assessments.	High‑school or above; HSE major preferred; 5+ years experience; valid HSE licence; ≤50 years.
7	Site Security	4	Guard pipeline storage yard; assist in handling materials; follow site manager instructions.	Male 25–35; 8‑hour work; hardworking; cooperative; no fighting.
8	General Labour	6	Assist vessel crew with cutter tooth replacement, cleaning, pump clearing, etc.	Male 25–45; 8‑hour shifts with 24‑hour rotation; hardworking; cooperative.
9	Welder	6	Assist vessel welding repairs.	Male 25–45; valid welding certificate; shift work; hardworking; cooperative.

4. Payment Terms

Both parties shall confirm monthly labour used quantities before the 5th of each month. Payment shall be made within 25 days after confirmation.

5. Other Terms

5.1 Your company shall provide qualified personnel with genuine and valid information.
5.2 Service term is tentative; actual dates will follow the actual confirmation by both parties
5.3 Your company shall manage dispatched staff and provide monthly training.
5. Your company must pay salaries monthly without withholding or delays, and must handle labor disputes. .
5.5 Your company shall provide insurance for each worker.

Notes:
(1) Quotations shall be in the specified currency, including all taxes.
(2) The quotation must include all personnel salaries, insurance, management fees, profits, taxes, and all related expenses.
(3) Quotation validity recommended ≥30 days.
(4) Deadline: 20 Nov 2025.
(5) Submission by email with signed & stamped quotation.
(6) Provide business licence and relevant certificates.
